At Chillbo, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Here's everything you need to know about refunds, returns, and replacements:

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy:

If you receive a defective product or encounter any issues with your Chillbo purchase, we're here to help. In cases where a defect is identified, we offer hassle-free replacements. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased no more than 6 months before returning, along with the original packaging with the products still in the manner they were sold. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure they are returned with all parts contained within the packaging.

Before returning your BunMo products, please contact [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Products you would like to return
  • For defective products, please include a photo of the issue in question (where possible) to expedite the return process.
  • Indicate if you'd like a replacement or refund. 

Important:

If you purchased from another Seller via other channels such as eBay, please contact the original Seller for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Chillbo is unable to offer refunds, returns or replacements for products purchased from third-party sellers or delivered outside the United States of America.


The finer points of detail:

  • - Please be aware that Chillbo can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser-value products and a partial refund.
  • - Chillbo does not store your payment information and cannot charge your original transaction method for a more expensive item.
  • - Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser. 
  • - Chillbo can only accept returns for items purchased through our store or our website.
  • - All their returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Chillbo products was purchased.
  • - Chillbo cannot exchange full-price items for those purchased at a sale price.
  • - Chillbo cannot refund expedited shipping charges.
  • - Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.
  • - Processing of returns can take up to 10 business days.
  • - Refunds issued to your account can require up to 10 days to post.
  • - Chillbo cannot process returns for customers who live outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
