Do Chillbo products come with a Warranty?Updated 6 months ago

Chillbo products are made to withstand the rigors of the outdoors and have been designed for the active person who loves to get outside and camp/hike/swim / play in nature's wonderland.

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner where they have been purchased from Chillbo.com or via our Amazon Storefront (i.e. Sold By Emporio Neuw). Our warranty policy provides protection to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time period.

If you believe that your product has a defect in the way it was manufactured, please refer to your original receipt or Order ID and contact us for warranty evaluation by emailing us at [email protected]. We do our best to ensure our customers are happy little campers and this is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen. 

If you purchased from another Seller via other channels such as eBay, please contact the original Seller and take your warranty claim up with that Seller. Chillbo is unable to offer warranty or repair support for products delivered outside the United States of America.
