How do I track my order?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days, it's on its way to you! Our standard shipping option ensures reliable delivery to your doorstep within approximately 7 days.

To track your order, simply hop onto our live chat and select the "Track My Order" option. Simply follow the prompts and keep your Shopify order number along with the email you used to place the order ready. Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
