At Chillbo, we're committed to ensuring our customers are thrilled with their purchases. If you're unsatisfied or encounter any issues with your Chillbo product, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements:

  • Timeframe: Items must be refunded or replaced within 1 year of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or Order ID is required to process your refund or replacement.

Gifts

If you received a Chillbo product as a gift, please note the following:

  • We require the original Order ID to process any replacements. Without the Order ID, replacements cannot be issued.
  • Refunds are not available to the gift recipient. If a refund is required, the original purchaser must contact us directly.

Important Details:

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (e.g., eBay) are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact the original seller for assistance.
  • We can only process returns and replacements for items purchased directly from Chillbo.com or our Amazon Storefront (sold by Emporio Neuw).
  • Gifts: Refunds for gifts will only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Sale Items: Full-price items cannot be exchanged for items purchased at a sale price.
  • Expedited Shipping Charges: We cannot refund expedited shipping charges.
  • Replacement Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your replacement to be processed.
  • Refund Posting: Refunds may take up to 10 days to post to your account.
  • International Orders: We cannot process returns for customers outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
